1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the nnoko platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing the nnoko website, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms. Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is considered a violation of our rules and may result in all accounts being closed, and funds may be forfeited.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

nnoko currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Once a deposit is successful, funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Account verification must be completed before withdrawing. To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the nnoko platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, you must have an active account and make a minimum deposit of ৳200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the total of the bonus and the original deposit must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, and the total of ৳3,000 × 25 = ৳75,000 must be wagered.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus benefits are used in an improper or fraudulent manner, nnoko reserves the right to cancel that bonus and any associated winnings. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Other Promotions

nnoko periodically runs various special promotions, cashback offers, and tournaments. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are published on that promotion's page. Please read the relevant terms before participating in any promotion.

5. VIP Program

nnoko's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy
